'From the Sheds' - Running a Deshon

With the players back training after a well earned break over the festive season, our very own Max Dudley takes us through the legendary road run which starts at Deshon Street and heads past the nearby shops at Stones Corner.
"This run has been used for many years at Easts and 2012 is no different. The only real variation this year is the ‘Sarge’ (Head trainer Shannon Fish). Sarge has got us on a pretty competitive time to beat, which essentially means the pace is set fast, with Mckenna Gibson usually leading the squad. On this first session back from the New Year, once again this historical run was what stood in front of us as soon as we arrived."
